Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Booking Policy
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To provide every client with the highest level of service, we kindly ask that you respect the following booking policy.
Deposits
* A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
* Your deposit may be transferred one time if you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
* Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit.
Cancellation Policy
* 48+ hours’ notice: Your deposit will transfer to your new appointment (one-time courtesy).
* 24–48 hours’ notice: Your appointment may be canceled, but your deposit will be forfeited.
* Less than 24 hours’ notice or same-day cancellations: 100% of the scheduled services will be charged to the card on file.
No-Shows
* Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.
* Any unpaid balances must be paid before booking again. Failure to pay may result in future booking privileges being revoked.
